Had another round of briefing. The day started off with workshops in the morning and then role playing in the suntec living pharmacy. And tt's the end of the orientation. Tml's the start of actual retail practice. *nervous* i hope i will know the ans when my preceptor quizzes...
今天一大早就到ubi报道，上了unity的briefing。过后我们一大群就到tpo学qsc和merchandising。第一次和preceptor见面，虽然混在同学堆里面，但仍然很紧张。还好她很亲切，整天都笑嘻嘻的，让我放心不少。临走前，我向她拿了工作时间表。看了一眼后，我顿时傻住了。天啊！这是什么时间表啊！下午班得做到晚上十点，而且连周末都泡汤了！更惨的是，因为和see hwee是rotating shift,所以有时星期天我还得值班吔！！话又说回来，我们再苦也没有我的preceptor苦。她可是星期一一直做到星期天，几乎都不放假，甚至每星期至少有两天要值班到１０点。减去两餐的时间（每餐半小时），她基本上要连续做１１小时。真可怜。难怪大家说pharmacists have no life...
一天的briefing下来后，我和wanling变动身到island creamery与azza和debra会合，一起在那儿吃了点心，总算完成了wanling的心愿。不过，我们俩在路上倒是经历了个满恐怖的事。我们原本坐在巴士上好好的，不知何时，身后冒出了个怪伯伯，无缘无故一直摸我们俩的头发。一开始，我们以为他可能是无意间碰到或什么的，所以就没多加理睬。可后来就感觉越来越不对劲，吓得我们连忙换位子，离他远远的。幸好他过后就没有再骚扰我们．．．
不习惯穿高跟鞋的我，今天一路走下来，脚上马上就起了好几个水泡，疼死了。咳，我想，我还是得赶快适应的好．．．

为了看家具和notebook，今天和妈妈两人一起跑到淡滨尼，逛了一圈ikea和courts。太久没出来逛街了，我才走了没一会儿就累了（咳，老了...）。幸好那里床啊、椅子啊什么的都很多，所以随时随地都可以休息。到了后来实在走不动了，我们就坐下来吃晚饭，过后再接着逛giant。giant里的山芋和四季豆还相当便宜，妈妈一站在那里就选了两大包。我呢，也陪着妈妈选。不过好像并没帮多大的忙吔。因为不常买菜，所以不太会分辨好坏。我通常要花好久才选出一些满意的。哪像我妈，一眼就能看出好坏，没一会儿就一大把抓在手上了。我想，那一大包一大包的菜，要是有十分之一是我选的，我就要偷笑了。临走前，妈妈在我的“淘汰“区里又救回了好几个不错的。我嫌弃那些豆上斑斑点点的，不好看，可妈妈说，那并不碍事；买菜有时也不需要太在意外表。不要看山芋头子上冒黑汁不雅观，其实这些山芋才是最甜的哦！

Went to school today for preceptorship briefing which was supposed to start at 10.30am. but i accidentally overslept and woke up only at 9. It usually takes about 1 and a half hour to get to school, so it's a miracle i wasn't late. well, i was lucky that i didn't waste much time waiting for transport. The buses and train came almost immediately. During the briefing, we were told that we had to work for a total of 240h (tt means may need to work on sat as well. wth!!) and the pay is only $5 a day. Tt's so pathetic lar! $5 can't even cover my transport and meal cost =.=
After the briefing, azza, wanling and me went out for a sad singles lunch. we were abandoned by the other 3 who had other plans. anw, the 3 of us went to vivo for lunch. then we shopped ard for a while. i saw this very cute winnie the pooh cushion in mini toon that is just the right size for use in my new hse. but too bad it's not comfy enough T.T and my search for a big comfy cushion still goes on...
Preceptorship's coming. so we also went into the unity at harbourfront centre to have a look and familiarise ourselves with the products sold there. the male pharmacist on duty keep staring at us. cos we were looking at products that are not really suitable for us, eg regaine. lol. he must be thinking "what a weird group of students"...
