今天一早到金文泰民众俱乐部接种第二剂新冠疫苗，原本半小时就能解决的事儿，却足足拖了一个半小时，还让我窝了一肚子的怨气。
事情的缘由要追溯到两天前。我原先是在医院诊所里预约的疫苗，只因月中我还打了一剂HPV疫苗，而且两个疫苗的间隔未满14天，所以护士死活不肯给我接种新冠疫苗。哪怕就仅仅差了2天。其实卫生部已跟随中疫控，取消了新冠疫苗和其他疫苗必须间隔14天的限制。于是，我才想着没什么大碍，依旧赴约的。护士也没问是否近期有接种过其他疫苗，都准备要打针了，傻傻的我为了消除内心小小的顾虑居然自爆疫苗接种史。这下好了，原本期待着护士会给我一颗定心丸，结果却等来了一盆冷水。都怪我，多嘴了。我尝试着谈判，“我要是不说，你们也不会得知，照样给我打针”，但还是被无情地拒绝了。就这样，我被迫延迟了疫苗接种。可诊所只有星期四才提供新冠疫苗接种服务，而下个星期偏偏是公共假期，再延迟就太接近NCPP的考试了。了解我的处境后，护士建议换去民众俱乐部的疫苗接种中心。我也给金文泰民众俱乐部打了通电话，确定了可以这么做。
没想到.... 今早我到目的地登记的时候就踢到铁板了。由于第一剂不是在中心里接种的，没有我打完针后无恙的记录，他们不敢接收，还说是卫生部的规定？我就觉得奇怪了，那为什么加强针就没有这约束？说不通啊！更何况，来到这里还是医院建议的。登记处受不了我的软磨硬泡，打了一通又一通的电话向上级请示。周旋了将近一个小时后，他们终于让我登记了。这时陪同我一起去打疫苗的老妈都已观察完毕，在外面等待了。无语～简简单单的一件事非要弄得那么复杂，中间甚至还一度要求我跟医院拿份保证书，证实第一剂的时候没有过敏反应 ，然后再给卫生部写信获取批准才可以在诊所之外的地方接种疫苗。汗～不知是哪位好心人，直接批准让我登记，帮我省掉了这些麻烦。真的好想谢谢他。
经过了早上的破事儿，刚回到家的时候我还是有点不爽。可一看到毛头，所有的阴霾便立刻一扫而空。
毛头为了吃，真的是豁出去了。昨天老公喂她吃饭，她居然学会叫“爸爸”了。每吃几口她就叫一声，催促着她老爸快一点喂。等辅食吃完了，她也不叫了，怎么引导都不行。
而今天，这位小吃货又学会了一个技能，那就是拉我的裙摆来索要吃的。我就纳闷了，都没有人教她这些，她是从哪儿学来的？
用剩下来的积分，给毛头换了个长颈鹿发箍。她戴上后是不是变得更呆萌可爱了？
毛头似乎对吹风机发出来的“呜呜”声特别感兴趣。小妹在一旁吹头发，她就乖乖地坐在床上看着，一动也不动。第一次看到她这么安静，真难的...
Had our first NCPP mock OSCE today. Total 4 stations - 2 history taking, 1 communication, 1 physical examination. Different from our practice sessions, this is the first time we had it face-to-face. I was very nervous just standing outside the doorway, waiting to enter the room.
My first station was the station on abdominal physical examination. It is not difficult, but I was not used to the exam format. And the the use of the PA system confused me further. When the buzzer sounded, I was under the impression that I had more time and continued with the physical examination. Instead, I should have summaried my findings and presented the case. Running out of time, I failed to complete the station. As a result, I was marked down quite heavily, scoring only 30%.
Next was the history taking station on chest pain. I thought I did quite well, even getting the differential diagnosis correct. So I was surprised to see that I only managed to clinch 50% of the marks. Is it because I did not get the near syncope red flag? 🤔
I did much better for the other history taking station on shortness of breath and the communication station on seizure. But overall, the mock OSCE was much more challenging than expected. Starting to worry for my summative OSCE....
