Cocoon Facial Scrub from Thailand
As I knew nothing about the product, I did a little search on the internet. Apparently, the cocoon is rich in amino acids, which help in skin cleansing and renewal. It also has a moisturizing effect on the skin and helps to keep the skin pimple-free.
Directions for use:
1. Soak a cocoon in hot water for about 2 min
2. Put your finger into the softened cocoon and softly massage on your face.
3. Wash thoroughly with hot water and leave to dry.
4. Each cocoon can be used for up to 5 times
Initially, it was difficult convincing myself to try the product. After all, the silk worms used to live in there.(Yao Qi is pretty grossed out. Haha...) Anyway, I finally pluck up my courage tonight and used one of the yellow cocoons. Amazingly, my skin did become cleaner and smoother...
